How It Works
When you pre-order a product, you proceed to checkout as usual and pay upfront for an item that's not yet in stock and will be delivered at a later date. You have until the listed date on the product page to secure your pre-order. After the listed date, we will go into production (order all materials and start the manufacturing process) on your pre-ordered pieces.
Each pre-order product has an estimated shipping date. Please note that delays in our supply chain (such as certain fabrics being out of stock or shipments being held up in customs) and in manufacturing may cause this shipping date to be pushed out. Whether we're able to ship early or need to ship out a bit later, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Why should I pre-order vs. wait until it's available for immediate purchase?
We offer an exclusive pre-order discount that would not be normally provided when the products are available for immediate purchase. You'll also be securing the style, color, and size you desire and avoiding the risk of it becoming unavailable at a later date if it sells out.
Last but not least, you'll be helping to mitigate the risk of over-production (which ultimately prevents waste), since we'll have a better idea of what's in demand by our customers.
Can I cancel or change a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled or refunded once it is placed up to the listed pre-order date. If you'd like to switch the size or color, you can email us at email@example.com. If you'd like to pre-order a different style instead, please let us know your preferred style, size, and color, and we can adjust your order for you. You will be charged the difference if the new item costs more than the originally pre-ordered item.
Beyond the listed date, your pre-order is locked in and we won't be able to cancel, change, or refund this order.
What if the style doesn't fit me once I receive the products?
We’ll gladly exchange your item(s) for a different size or color if it meets the below 'Exchange Eligibility' criteria, within 14 days from the day your package is delivered. You can exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or style if it's still available at the time of the exchange request.
- All items must be in 'new' condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, without the smell of perfumes or odors, and in its original packaging.
- Unseam the Label reserves the right to deny items that are received without these conditions being met.
Your exchange will be processed once we receive your original item(s) and check that it’s still in eligible condition. You’ll be notified via email when your new package is mailed out to you!
If you need to do a 2nd exchange, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways as well as a $3 handling fee. Unseam the Label is not responsible for lost packages, so please use a trackable mailing service.
No Returns/Refunds: As mentioned above, once your pre-order is locked in by the pre-order date listed on the product page, we won't be able to cancel, change, or refund your order.
